Open Browser exe and then hyperlink from a web link

I want to open a Firefox exe file and then a Hyperlink in that new Firefox Window by clicking on a Weblink on a Sharepoint site.

For example, this can be done when a link is placed as a shortcut on a Windows Desktop - you can put in the exe path and then a space and then the web link.
