web: Python Scraper - Input Data into Form to get to the next page

I am running into an issue with a python scraper I am trying to build. The website I am trying to get information from is the County Treasurer. I would like to be able to put in a parcel number in the Parcel # form on the left side of the page and then scrape the information on the following page. But I can't seem to get to the following page. Any suggestions?
