Centos Web Panel Pureftp Stuck at directory listing: giving local ip instead

i'm stucked using centos web panel, this worked fine but when i added a new user the directory url was changed from myip.com web, to myip.com/myuserid. i accepted this but when i tried to login via ftp i got error in directory listing.

i saw on internet some information about modify pureftp, firewall, etc. but nothing works.

i get this error and i saw this is giving me a reply the local ip from my centos web panel. if my external ip is 190.224.123.12x so my local ip is 192.168.33.2. then i think this is redirecting me to my local ip. but i cant get information about it. where can i replace the local ip or what is the problem on this
