If i delete an e-mail account from a webs, does every account associated to it will be enable, or deleted from system?

What happends if i delete a gmail or outlook e-mail accounts? Does every registration with that crediental e-mails will be deleted for-ever? Do i need to delete first every account associated or just delete the e-mail?
