How to display article/post title and content preview from the URL?

I am still learning and trying to build website. I make a field for the user to input the URL of their website/blog article. After user submit it, I am looking for some display for a preview of the article title, as well as the article content, and there's read more hyperlink that refers to the website. For example when we share article content from a website, and we share those posts by our facebook timeline, and when we click submit post, the article preview appeared and a linked to the article. What is it called? How to create that? Whether using php, JavaScript, or something.
