How to add PDF hyperlink in HTML with accessibility standards

I am trying to add a hyperlink in my website in the following format <a href="mypdf.pdf" title="mypdf in pdf">mypdf (PDF)</a> but Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool is still showing as a warning. How can I get this fixed?
