error when using asp.net

Hello

I get Error usign <%#Eval("ComlainnID")%>

I got on every line which have <%#Eval%>

The Error is :

        Error   CS0246  The type or namespace name 'q' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
