Which browsers correctly implement 3rd party cookies blocking?

Recently it has come to my attention that blocking 3rd party cookies does not do what it says - it actually ALLOWS any domain to set cookies for any other domain.

So my question is, are there browsers which do implement this feature correctly, which means:

• only allow domain 'A' to set cookies for domain 'A' and no other domain

• when domain 'A' requests resource from domain 'B', no cookies are sent in such request

?
