Span CDNs while mirroring websites using wget

I was planning on doing something productive offline, and hence wanted to download the Babypips site so I could learn the basics of trading Forex. To do so, I used the wget mirror command.

wget -U Mozilla --mirror --convert-links --adjust-extension --page-requisites --no-parent http://ift.tt/2tMHvpT    

However, all I get is a basic stripped down version and it does not even have the images. Then I tried the following command

wget -p --no-cache -e robots=off -m -H -D bpcdn.co,babypips.com -o site1.log http://ift.tt/2tMHvpT    

And even this did not help even though this is supposed to work (right?) What should be the exact wget command that I use to make a copy of the Forex division of this site as a duplicate copy of the online version so I can browse it offline?
