program to download file from website

I have a Java program that consumes files from a specific website, but I feed my program manually downloading it every day.

How could I write a program to do it automatically? Would be possible to do using Java or other language is needed? I don`t have idea on how to do that, so any insight, piece of code or guidelines will be helpful.

Nowadays I select the desired checkbox to download an specific file and click on "Download" button.
