how to generate execution plan from knowledge base?

I'm working in semantic web project, in which we have a knowledge base based on task tree and each task is mapped to webService. Our role is to develop a demonstrator who is going to generate execution plan with all possibilities.

So how to generate this execution plan from knowledge base?

What is the best solution?

With Java using JPBM5?

Or JavaScript using bpmn-js?
