developing web based application using mobile first 8.0

I am working on converting mobile based application to web based application. I have installed all the web dependecies (ibmmfpf.js etc) and I am usin node.js as a proxy tunnel. When I run the command , cordova run browser , I end up with following error Error: Cannot find module 'C:\MySample\MyProject\platforms\browser\www\plugins\cordova-plugin-mfp\worklight\proxy.js'

I have placed proxy.js file inside node_modules folder.

Any suggestions should be helpful.
