ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE when trying to access my web server by IPv6 outside LAN

For several years, I have web server on my computer (XAMPP), so if I do something in HTML, I can share it with anyone, but lastly, my modem switched to IPv6, so I have no option to forward ports, every machine should have its own IPv6 address. But, somehow, my page on IPv6 address (http://[2a02:a316:811f:xxxx:xxxx:8dca:7dba:919f]/) works ONLY in LAN.

How can I make it work for my friends?
