Best tech for a website that shows personalized recommendations after a quiz

I want to create a website that asks several questions (around 10-15, checkboxes) and then gives the users personalized recommendations based on their answers (and also capture their email and maybe other contact info).

The recommendations shown after the quiz will be complex (each of them depending on several answers) and long (several options, explanations...), not just a simple phrase with the result of the quiz.

There are hundreds of websites doing this already in insurance (example), finance (example), ecommerce (example), etc. So I guess some system specific for this could already exist, but I'm not sure what terms should I use to find it.

I'm familiar with Drupal and I think I could do that with http://ift.tt/1pWynVP, but that module is not exactly designed for this (it's for capturing info, not displaying recommendations) and configuration could get messy with too many different questions/recommendations. Or maybe with a tool like Typeform (I like their UX, but not sure if it can be used for showing recommendations, maybe with their API).

What technology do you recommend for this? (plugins/modules of Wordpress or Drupal, SaaS software, paid scripts, open source libraries...).

I'm a web designer, not a programmer, so being able to change almost everything (quiz options and steps, etc.) with no advanced backend coding would be great. Free and open source is preferred.
