Tree Widget in Play Framework

Can anyone please tell me how to create a tree widget in Play Framework?

I need to create simple web application having a Tree panel on the left side and detail panel on the right side. Play framework is nice, fast and reactive, but it's surprisingly challenging to do simple things like this.
