ios application doesn't work when device use one internet provider

I met a strange problem with one ios application. When this application works on device, using 3G internet from Provider 1, it works without problem. But on device, using 3G internet from Provider 2, application doesn't work (it stops on loading screen). I'm wonder what is reason of this?
