How to stream simple webpage (HTML/CSS/Javascript) like a video on a smartTV

I work in a IT company and we have a lot of numbers, data, statistics of our tickets in some databases and we have a some useless smartTV (2015/2016) around the office.

My purpose is to use these televisions, in some way, showing on it our company numbers, like: new tickets, critical problems, some news and so on.

We have some local dbserver and webserver where we can host everything to do this.

So, I would like to build 2/3 simple webpages, getting live data from our DBs and show them in some tables and graphs. I can do it opening TV browser and type out local site address, sure, but I think this is too much tricky to do every day not tricky enough to have fun in doing this task.

My dream is to convert in some way my website to stream video and then watch in on the tv like a normal channel (also using some strange decoder, or geeky device to convert).

I accept any type of suggestion, complicated advice or whatever.
