How to speed up the image/website loading, as its taking 30+sec?

Is there any way to speed up the image/website loading, as it's taking 30+sec to load, I'm guessing it is waiting for all of the images to be ready, is there any way to load images as they load, some kind of dynamic loading? Thank you!`
