How to host small asp.net Apps in IIS Server [on hold]

I have to create multiple small application in asp.net. Some are already created as separate asp.net solutions and some I need to create. They are hosted in IIS Server for accessible to public.

What should be our provision to create small single page applications to be hosted in IIS server with asp.net technology.
