How to block common fake emails

Is it there a way to block frequent bad emails like asdasd@yahoo.com, gfhjgfhj@yahoo.com, hotrgojh@yahoo.com and so on?

It is not about an email server. I have a very big list with emails but there are a lots like these.

I'm wondering if there is a list or dictionary (with this common fake names) or another method to prevent these emails (with a minor risk to have false positive)

It is not a solution to try to have a look on every email one by one as there are to many and it will take to long to do that.

I already removed emails with domains that have no max records.

Any suggestions to do it in python?
