Fresh graduate what should i do to get job?

I am self taught android developer.i cannot find job in android development.Every one in industry that i have met say android is very easy everyone can do this.if there is any vacancy available that requires 2 or 3 years experience But in web development there are alot jobs available.many of my batch mates who dont even know basic understanding already doing jobs of web development but i cannot even get web development job.So i was planing to learn web development.i have basic understanding of html,css and i know also basic php ,JAVA JSP. From where i should start to learn web development and which language should be best regarding my requirements ?
