Finding help : as simple as that

I am starting a brand new project on Github. This is not an advertisement : I am not gonna give you any reference to this project.

The project consists of two web apps : - One of them would gather data - The second would analysis these data using a deep neural network and diagnose medical issues

The issue is that I am just a newbie in the field of AI when it comes to neural nets.

I am not sure to be able to complete it, especially the neural network as I am a complete newbie in the field.

My question is : how to find help, to be seen ? Is there any forum / IRC / website where AI developers meet and where I could gently "advertise".
