Best method or sdk or language to develop very fast hybrid application for very small teams

I'm a c/c++ developer and in this world, everything is getting more complex and improvements is useless especially for developing web and mobile.

now, we want to find a new way to develop very rapidly to hybrid application in very small team(no more than 2-3) and for this development we don't compile about performance or anything else developing time but framework should be easy to learn and use then will be updated in futures too...
