How to control 10 vnc via browser (like noVNC)

Is it possible to control like 10 machines via web-based VNC controller, like noVNC? Will I need to use server in the middle to do this? Maybe there is the way to just set up VNC on machine, and directly connect to it via browser? Thanks!
