Zabbix query on locatl mysql server to create a trigger page output into file

I am very new to zabbix , but I need a query on zabbix local mysql server to generate a output table with some column like "severity|Lastchange|host|name". this value is in the web "Monitoring->triggers" , but I need this column in a list in the file for a period of time (around 15 hours). I want to write a bash script to query on this daily triggers and grep some of them to report . Please help me to make this query . thank you before.
