HTML5 google maps geocoding issue

So I have the weirdest issue. I'm using the geocoding API from google to get a user's address.

When I test it locally it works. When I push it to my server and test it on my Iphone 5, it works. However it seems when I ask other people to try and use by pressing the location icon, nothing happens.

I look into my console on google and no calls are made. Their location is enabled in their settings and again, I'm able to use it and have it fetch my location when I log into the web page, but they cannot.

I thought I enabled everything in the console but I'm wondering If I'm missing something. Not sure if it matters but the two I asked to log onto my server and test it are using an iphone 6 and an iphone 7.

Any thoughts on this?
