How to retrieve data from web application inside virtual desktop and pasteit to a bluezone desktop application

Can anybody help me or provide me some advise. There's an application . a web application inside a virtual desktop called Click and need to retrieve a data from a table but i dont know how to access that web app since they dont provide access plus they need the data to be paste inside bluezone application that looks like a MS DOS app..I want to create a third party app that will connect the two impossible application using c#.
