How can I scrape the top headline of CNN using Python?

How can I get http://edition.cnn.com/ 's top headline using Python 3? Can someone please explain to me how I should do that? I am not familiar with web scraping/parsing and BeautifulSoup, so advice is welcome. Thanks in advance.
