Why Wordpress doesn't see a template of page at subcatalog?

I've got a problem: i need to set a template for an empty page made by Wordpress(in interface). First, i create a template with help of <?php /* Template Name: Logic */ ?>. But the point is that my template is in wp-content —> ... —> mainTheme —> subcatalog(works) —> subcatalog(Logic). And Wordpress doesn't detect it in "Pages" —> "Page attributes" —> "Template".

I can't realize how to make Wordpress detect created template of page. I need to choose it as an option in "Wordpress admin panel" —> "pages" —> Page attributes —> Template.
