What is the EASIEST way to set up a web server - I only want to host a PHP file and HTML file

I don't want to use my own computer to host it - I just need a simple GUI and lightweight server to host a SINGLE html and a single php file.

I'm more of a windows guy and not much of a linux/unix person, so a solution with a pretty GUI would be best.

What would be the best solution for me? GoDaddy is wayyyy too overkill for what I need. I could do port forwarding and make a WAMP stack - but I just need somewhere to reliably host a couple files. Google Cloud Services is wayyy too overkill as well, I've used it before, I can use it, but like is there a simpler web hosting solution?

Willing to pay, but something free must exist, right?

I want to be able to practice some PHP and show my buddies - but just quickly without going through the trouble of setting up GoDaddy or WAMP or Google Cloud Services - since I'm only going to use it for a couple weeks.

Any suggestions?
