Internet Explorer timeout issue

I have an application which is deployed on tomcat in windows server. Once triggered it processes data which takes around 90 minutes to complete. When I run the application from my local desktop on Chrome it runs fine and gives me the correct output after 90 minutes. But when I run it on IE10 the request gets timed out after 60 minutes and it shows the "Page cannot be displayed" message.

I have set the request to timeout after 2 hours (7200000 milliseconds) as suggested in the above link and restarted my system. But still the request gets timed out within 60 minutes in IE. Can you please suggest how to increase the timeout in IE. Thanks.
