Implementing change password page asp.net

I have taken suggestion from kudvenkat programming knowledge asp.net part 96.

do i need to change anything in web.config file? I have created stored procedures password also changes , but it is some what like i need to encrypt it . for example if i change and confirm my password 123 then in the database it changes to some what like 40BD001563085FC35165329EA1FF5C5ECBDBBEEF. image of the problem The code part is making problem in uploading. i give a code like here . i have done exactly same .
