Present 3d model with animation on website

I want to create something like animation player. It means that there are some 3d models (with textures etc - from 3d graphics software). Animations should be present as model's rotations. "Player" should has someting like progress bar and stop/pause/play option (like in youtube). I'm looking for tech stack and I know that there is a Three.js from WebGl. Is there anything else? I'm really sorry that my question is very general but I can not find any more solutions. I will be grateful for the names of technologies that could help me in research.
