How to use custom table in place of aspnetusers identity table in owin web api security implementation

I am using aspnetusers identity table in implementing owin based security in web api. I want to use my own table having similar or different structure to that of aspnetusers table to generate token based authentication while implementing owin based security feature in web api application. Please suggest solution.
