How to track the dynamic geolocation of a vehicle/person using python coding

I am developing a web app using flask framework (python coding). I wanna track the location of a vehicle/person using the dynamic geolocation of the vehicle. And i wanna view it in the google maps. Please some one help me in this. I am really struck with this. And also i am using mysql database. Please give me some example coding.
