How to create link anonymity service, that will not send the referrer?

today I have a different kind of question.

I want to create a service like http://ift.tt/2md1rLr When ever any link is requested via this website like http://ift.tt/2mMmQ0W it will anonymize it and the referrer will not be sent with the redirect and the destination cannot detect that from where the traffic came.

Now, I want to make my own page like this website, in JavaScript or Jquery what it will take, please tell me how can I make it, and how to code it?
