Force users to use Google Chrome not lower than a specific version

I have build a database in web and all the interface, reports and other things are tested with google chrome. I want all visitors of this database to be forced to use google chrome instead of other browsers and also check the version as well. Like if the user browser is google chrome and its version is not lower than 56.0.2924.87 so they can use the database otherwise a not allowed page will be displayed.
