I have a JAR that, when executed, will run a Java application. This was developed using Java Swing. I want to know how to embed this into an HTML5 application. I've seen the "applet" tag being used, but have found that this is not available anymore in HTML5. How can this be accomplished now (changes I must make to code, structure of web project, HTML code needed, etc.)?
