Whats the easiest,best Java web framework? [on hold]

I am learning Java for two years now, for school and want to know if it is possible for someone, who

• Doesnt have so much time
• is defiantly not an expert

to learn how to create a dynamic website with java. I found a lot of java web frameworks, for example vaadin or spring or spark

But since I dont know so much about this stuff I dont know which I should choose. The framework should have some of the following aspects:

• **Easy to learn / simple
• Graphical designer (Where you place the Buttons/Textboxes...)**
• secure (not so vulnerable against XSS and so on)
• interact with a SQL Database
