How to bypass chrome Privacy error for https pages with no valid certificate?

In newest Chrome version it is not allowed to bypass(proceed anyway) when Privacy error occurs. Button "proceed anyway" which existed in previous chrome versions now do not exist. Is there any solution to bypass this ?
