How do I publish a NodeJS application?

I have been using BitBalloon to publish my websites using HTML, CSS, and JS. Now I am learning NodeJS (Express) and I would like to know what the easiest possible way to publish these websites is. I also use MongoDB with NodeJS. Thanks.
