For an asp.net corporate intranet website, do we need licensing other than VIsual Studio?

I'm working an a local website that will be the front-end for the company's SQL database. In terms of licensing, do we need anything other than IIS, the SQL Server and the Visual Studio Enterprise license for the developer?
