Finding "GEO ID" for gathering website data

I'm attempting to gather information from a website which provides data from various regions.

My problem: Each region has it's own "geo-id" and I can't find a list of them to aid me in my queries.

The "106009" in the url below is the geoid for a particular area. Any suggestions on how to find a list so I can scan through multiple regions?
