Web app stops working after publishing azure

I need your help. I followed this tutorial http://ift.tt/2g0MAnc

I deployed to Azure, tried to access to the webapi, worked onde and stops working.

i only need to be able acces api. Local IT is working bur not when I published. Actually I only wanted to create à REST Service to test with My mobile app, xamarin

I hope someone van help me. Thank you
