Suggestions about paypal integration , is it worth it too?

I have a small game community and I want to integrate paypal payments for in-game goods. Considering that I have never worked with paypal before , can you tell me what do I need to start this? Do I need to pay anything to receive payments in my paypal account? I know that there is a Business account that requires you to have a company , do I need one of these? Just tell me if it's that simple. Any suggestions are welcome! Thank you very much.
