Is there any alternative plugin for search in joomla?

So joomla has built-in plugins for searching. The first is so bad, that worth no mention. The second is ok, but i have one issue.

Situation:

1. I need to find article with word "orange" inside.
2. Result: Not found,maybe you need "orange»"? Article has phrase «crystal orange» in quotes;
3. My superior doesn't like this, and i need to find solution.

Maybe someone tryed something non-standart, like RSSearh or Google search?
