What would be a good stack to use Marzipano (360 photo viewer) to do a web application?

I want to do a web application using this tool which is Marzipano.

I was thinking on using ruby on rails for the backend but don’t know if it is compatible. What can I use in front end? Can anyone give me some tips or what could be a good stack to use with this?
