Post message on site

I have a message that I want to send to someone. I want to give him the link to an address of my choice and there he will find my message. Is there any simple way to do this( I do not know how to make a site and put it on the web)? I mean, I only need to borrow an address and display a message. Something like I give someone this link "http/somewhere/myMessage/" and when he clicks on it to see a message like " Hello:...."( on a white html page). I do know a few things about how normally this works and how to make ajax calls from back end send a link to front end, and using post and get to put them on site, but again I am asking for a simpler way because I only have one message, not a whole site.
