Advise for cross platform applications ios, android and web

I am developing a cross platform mobile and web application. I am confused as to which technology to use.

Mobile :

I thought of using ionic for front end , firebase for db and angular/angular fire for middleware.

I would like to integrate social login, push notifications, geo location, and beacon functionality with this.

Web App:

I thought of using bootstrap with angular and firebase as db. For this, which application server should I use?

I would prefer to have firebase db and angular library as one code base reused with ionic for mobile and bootstrap for web. Is it alright?

Any other good thoughts on how to do this in a better way?
