Web API to Fetch the Name of Songs Playing On the Radio?

So I'm building a chrome extension that must return a list of radio stations of a particular genre(Pop, Rock, ect.), as well as the current song that is playing on those stations. I found a few APIs that provide a radio station's PAST songs played such as Dirble, but for the purpose of my project I need an API that provides up-to-date information on the song that is currently playing on a given radio station.

Can someone point me towards any possible APIs for this purpose? Thanks!
